Order Fulfilment

We absolutely guarantee that the perfume you purchased from www.fragdiction.com is genuine and authentic.

Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually, within 5-7 business days after it is placed, although, in some cases, we may need up to 1-2 weeks  to fulfil your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that.

Occasionally, some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated, this may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We carefully wrap all packages so that your purchase will arrive safely. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for an exchange /return. Sometimes the courier company seems to let monkey’s jump up and down on the package. If you get a package and the bottle is broken or leaked and if you need to exchange/return it for the same item, You may write to us at team@Fragdiction.com or go to contact us page https://fragdiction.com/contact and request a exchange/return. Please note for easy return/exchange process we shall be needing unboxing video from start to end, without video we won’t we able to help you with return/exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier within 3-5 working days from the date of request raised. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.  All products will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our warehouse.  If the product recieved back does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. We only exchange/return  items if they are defective or damaged. We will initiate the exchange/return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, bar-code intact ,unworn, unused, untempered, unaltered, sealed condition, with original tags, and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also be needing the proof of purchase . Exchange/return of any product purchased from www.fragdiction.com shall be allowed within 3 days from the date of product delivery. Once you have opened the product and used it, it’s not eligible for a exchange. Please dont accept package if its opened, tampered or suspected.

• The exchange/return should not be accepted of the following reasons.
  • If the return request is initiated after 3 days of order delivery,
  • Serial Number is tampered with,
  • Product has been damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer,
  • If the product is used, altered ,tempered, unsealed and not in its original condition, without invoice and tags or if original packaging is damaged,
  • If its a tester or bottle without box
  • Refund will be initiated with in 7 days. Once initiated, the refund amount will be credited within 3 to 4 working day.

We request you that please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if there is any problem, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangable / returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged/returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products),testers, bottles without box, sales item. We also do not accept exchange for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel a part of your order. We recommend you to cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
2. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
3. No extra charges will be deducted on cancellation of order .
4.  To cancel your order you have to contact us.
5. There are rare circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order, we’ll notify you via telephone , mobile text or email about your order cancellation.
6. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and fragdiction.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
7. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, fragdiction.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order without prior notice to you.
8. If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
